We are conveniently located in Crown Point, Ind., and offer a diverse assortment of health care services to meet your needs. Our quality services include assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite and hospice care. We also allow seniors to enjoy the comforts of their current home through our home care service, allow families to rest assured thanks to our adult day care program and offer children and our residents intergenerational opportunities at our child care center.

For many years, thousands of different residents have been blessed to be able to call St. Anthony Home their home. We recognized the need way back in the late 1930s and now nearly 70 years later we're still serving many families in Northwest Indiana. Our history goes back to when we first opened in a sturdy old farmhouse in 1939 and had a capacity of serving 19 residents. Now we proudly serve over 250 people who reside at St. Anthony Home. Our current three-story community opened in 1966, a new wing was added in 1977 and in the early 2000s we remodeled the interiors of St. Anthony Home.
