Adult Day Care

You’re too busy to watch after a parent or relative full-time, but a need to move into a retirement community is not necessary because they don’t require 24-hour care.

The Franciscan Community Services adult day care program at St. Anthony Home is not only affordable but has also been designed to maintain and improve your loved one’s level of functioning and independence by addressing their emotional, social, recreational, intellectual, spiritual and physical needs.

Our program is appropriate for any person who…

• Has physical, psychosocial or mental impairments
• Needs activity to improve or maintain an optimum level of functioning and quality of life
• Requires supervision in order for a family member to work, run errands or rest
• May be isolated due to health problems
• Possibly is at risk of premature institutionalization

Our Adult Day Care center is located in Crown Point, Ind.
